The Tipperary Inn is now under new management and is looking for a strong and capable chef de partie to assist in the daily running of the kitchen. Reliability is a key attribute that applicants must possess. Food at the pub is fairly simple and traditional with the add on of a multi cultural takeaway menu. Applicants must be able to run all sections competently with an emphasis on speed as the pub will be extremely busy during the summer.
